MÁTYÁS & SOLÀ is a family-owned, founder-led buyer-side real estate consultancy that assists Hungarian buyers and investors with property purchases in Spain. Operating from Costa del Maresme, we work in the areas of Barcelona, Costa Brava, Maresme, and Menorca, with options for in-person consultations both here and in Budapest.

We don’t analyze Spain remotely. We have lived on the Costa del Maresme for over 20 years, and we also own several properties in Mataró and on the island of Menorca. This keeps us up-to-date and close to the real conditions that determine outcomes: supply, prices, market situation, negotiation dynamics, and local constraints that only emerge once a deal is already in progress.

Here, you work directly with the founders: Zoltán Mátyás and Marta Solà. Zoltán has decades of international negotiation and commercial experience. Marta is familiar with the local market, cultural context, and practical execution. Together, we transform complexity into clear decisions, and we carry out our work calmly, structured, and responsibly.

We do not seek the "big catch" and do not haggle. We establish the true value, determine the maximum price, and negotiate terms that truly protect you: deposit ('arras') / advance payment structure, deadlines, documents, and contingencies. If the facts do not support the deal, we will advise you to withdraw.

Transparency and Timing Pact

We own properties in Mataró and Menorca. We understand the owners’ situation: local regulations, building specificities, community decisions, and practical matters that are important after signing.

Budapest Presence for Personal Meetings

A member of our Budapest team supports personal and direct communication with clients and handles tasks in Hungary, so you do not have to manage everything alone and remotely. We also travel to Budapest frequently, so we can meet in person if needed.
