We guide you from strategy development to notary signing, making property purchases in Spain simple, transparent, and reliable. We are a family-owned advisory firm that exclusively serves buyers. We primarily assist Hungarian investors and buyers with property purchases in the Barcelona, Costa del Maresme, Costa Brava, and Menorca regions.Throughout our process, you receive clear, investor-grade results:

Fees in brief (no surprises):

  • FREE 30-minute introductory call
  • Buyer Strategy Blueprint (BSB): €2,500 payable upfront, after we jointly decide to proceed
  • Success fee: X% (based on purchase price and project complexity), with a fixed minimum, payable at notary signing
  • Optional administrative package (€X, based on complexity). May include: NIE application, bank account opening, Powers of Attorney (POA), digital ID, required certificates, ready-to-transact checklist and document package.
  • Post-closing: optional owner-support services for a monthly fee depending on scope. (renovation planning and supervision, rental management, utilities, other service providers)

  • Buyer Strategy Blueprint (PDF): purchase framework (“buy box”), complete “all-in” budget, region and area strategy, deal rules
  • Investment Brief (per property): fair value range, maximum price, risk register, and clear decision recommendation: BUY / RENEGOTIATE / WALK AWAY
  • Negotiation & terms development: price and protection (deposit “arras”, deadlines, conditions)
  • Legal + technical due diligence coordination: we manage the process and clearly summarize the findings of independent experts
  • Closing coordination: notary-ready checklist, documents, timeline, handover plan
  • Optional owner support after closing: renovation, conversion, or smooth property operation (retainer)

Buyers only. We do not represent sellers or other agents. No hidden commissions. Only clear services, transparent scope, and project fees.
